The space
This bright, stylish apartment is the perfect base to explore CBD. Train station is stone throw away from the place which takes you to Sydney CBD in 20-30 mins. You can board the train or bus in less than 5 mins from the apartment building.

There are two rooms in the apartment and one of them is yours. It is not ensuite and hence the bathroom is outside the room. However, you need not to share the bathroom with anyone as other room is ensuite and they have their own bathroom.
The bedroom comes with a private balcony where you may smoke or drink while viewing the city.
There is a common entrance to the apartment but you will have your own privacy in your room and balcony.
However, you may use common living room, watch tv, cook food in kitchen.

What We provide?
I will meet you in person to handover the keys. Once you come down to tower building of 88 church st, just call 809 from intercom and access for 8th floor would be provided. Get in from the door and hop onto the elevators. Hop off at 8th floor and keep walking down to your right to seek 809. If you are going to avail the parking (not free), one of our host will meet you on the drive way (onto parkes street behind the building) to handover the keys.
Here you would get:
1. Towels provided. Just drop them on ground after use so that we get to know if it is used.
2. Keys with pod for lift. Please take care of pod as it is the only access to the floor and building.
3. Free unlimited wifi User id : TP_Link_165F_5G Password : 98603954
4. You may use smart TV in living room connected to internet with Optus Fetch 4K box along with Netflix and Stan subscriptions ready to be watched. Make sure noise level is not too high. Neighbours can complain which is not right for us.
5. Kitchen is fully equipped so you may cook something if you want but just take care of cleaning it immediately.
6. You may store your food in fridge. Please take care of cleaning.
7. Rubbish bin placed next to fridge and in the room.
8. Washroom has handwash and other toiletories.
9. MOST importantly – everything been sanitized. So take care of hygiene. Sanitizer can be used placed on kitchen shelf.
10. Make sure you turn off the AC, tv and lights whenever you leave the apartment for food or shopping or while final checkout.
11. You may use balcony to smoke or drink if you want. Inside the rooms or living, drinking/smoking is strictly prohibited. Blinds are pretty delicate. Please take utmost care while opening and closing.
12. When you go out, please lock the main door as it is not automatic.
13. In case you have any query, don’t hesitate to text me anytime, I will try to respond immediately.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Parramatta station is just 3 mins walk from the building.
We don’t have parking space free, but upon request and with extra 20 bucks per night, we can secure a parking spot in the basement parking area of the building. Please provide us information at least 2 hrs before arrival.
