    A good place to stay near the Parramatta CBD. As Vikas makes clear, this isn't The Ritz, but it is a clean and comfortable place to stay in a nice quiet street, with friendly neighbours and plenty of hot water. It's an easy 20min walk into the city (and the train station) that felt safe both day and night. Would happily stay again.

    Very tidy and lovely room. A good bed and nice shared bathroom. Vikas is a great host and he is there when you need him, very nice and wants to share all he know about the area. Had a great stay!

    ONE OF THE BEST AIRBNB EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD! The apartment is located at such a convenient location, literally 4 minutes away from the public transport (bus, train). There is a massive mall 3 minutes walk from the place with 2 major grocery stores inside. The apartment was very clean and got all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was located right next time the bedroom. The bedroom had everything I needed. The balcony was huge and got a great view of Parramatta. But the best of aspect about this experience has been the host. Vikas was such a welcoming and kind host. He made me feel so welcome. He was always available to answer questions and offered his help when I needed. He really made this experience unforgettable. Will definitely come back!
