    GAMERS’ GUILD LOYALTY PROGRAM T&C’s<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

    Individuals who sign up to the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program (referred to as the \u201cMember\u201d) agree to be legally bound by the following Member Terms and Conditions relating to the operation of the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program, the use of Gamers\u2019 Guild Discount Codes, and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program.<\/p>\n

    The Member Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by Monopolies at its absolute discretion. Any modification to the Member Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Member retrospectively.<\/p>\n

    In its absolute discretion, Monopolies reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program or any aspect of it at any time and without notice.<\/p>\n

    Monopolies will not accept any liability for any Member email that is misdirected, lost or not received.<\/p>\n

    Monopolies will not accept any liability for any Technical Issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program.<\/p>\n

    Monopolies may collect personal information from Members for the purpose of facilitating the Gamer\u2019s Guild Loyalty Program. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Monopolies\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

    Monopolies may, at any time and in its absolute discretion, require a Member to provide to Monopolies proof of identification (in a form requested by Monopolies) for Monopolies to verify the authenticity of their Gamers\u2019 Guild membership and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide proof of identification may result in termination of a Member\u2019s involvement in the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program.<\/p>\n

    Monopolies will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program, including that incurred in the provision and\/or utilisation of Rewards.<\/p>\n

    These Member Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Rewards, including without limitation the above Website Terms and Conditions, and other relevant Monopolies policies and\/or terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

    Monopolies’s decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program is final and binding.<\/p>\n

    Any failure or delay by Monopolies in exercising its rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by Monopolies must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Monopolies<\/p>\n

    MEMBERSHIP:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/div>\n

    An individual becomes a Member as at the date of signing up online or in-store (\u201cJoin Date\u201d). Completion of the sign-up process to the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program is deemed acceptance of these Member Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

    When joining in-store, a sales assistant will record the individual\u2019s full name and email address at the POS. Other details such as a phone number may be optionally recorded. An individual may update their Member account at any time by logging in to the Website and clicking on the \u2018My Account\u2019 link on the Rewards Portal. It is the Member\u2019s responsibility to update their Member Profile including their email, surname, phone and postal address. If a Member has not provided or updated Monopolies with correct details, Monopolies may not be able to contact the Member about their membership, Rewards, special offers or entry to competitions.<\/p>\n

    Signing up to the Gamers\u2019 Guild program online may be completed by following the prompts in the checkout process or, by clicking the \u2018Register\u2019 button on the Website.<\/p>\n

    Upon joining the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program, a Member will be allocated to a Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program level on the basis of the transaction spend that qualified them to apply for membership. This allocation is outlined below;<\/p>\n\n

    • $0-$999.99 \u2013 Explorer<\/li>\n \t
    • $1000-$1999.99 \u2013 Adventurer<\/li>\n \t
    • $2000-4999.99 \u2013 Hero<\/li>\n \t

      Members may only have one account on the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program at any time. Members may not transfer their account or Rewards to another person.<\/p>\n

      Monopolies reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a Member\u2019s account to the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion.<\/p>\n

      A Member may end their membership at any time by contacting\u00a0 by email to contactus@monopolies.com.au.<\/p>\n

      By joining the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program, an individual consents to Monopolies contacting them to provide them with consumer or marketing information and notifying them of Rewards or other products and special offers. Should the Member not wish to receive these communications, they may unsubscribe at any time by following the links provided below all Monopolies email communications.<\/p>\n\n

      EARNING REWARDS:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/div>\n

      Members are allocated to levels on the basis of their total spend.<\/p>\n

      The currency in which Rewards are earned is AUD.<\/p>\n

      IN-STORE:<\/i> When a Member identifies themselves to staff in-store at POS, the net amount of the Valid Purchase (all purchases except gift cards, delivery costs and selected products which Monopolies determines will not be eligible to earn Rewards. Any purchases returned will not constitute Valid Purchases) is added to their account at the time of the completed transaction.<\/p>\n

      ONLINE:<\/i>\u00a0When a Member completes a transaction online on the Website and identifies themselves by logging into their online Member account, the net amount of the Valid Purchase is added to their account at the time of the completed transaction.<\/p>\n

      Monopolies will endeavour to notify the Member via email when the Member is entitled to a Reward or changes to a different level in the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program. If a member unsubscribes from Monopolies Member emails their Rewards balance will be viewable online on the Monopolies website only.<\/p>\n

      At its sole discretion, Monopolies may update a Member account with a Reward as a consequence of a purchasing behaviour, incentive and\/or promotional activities.<\/p>\n

      Monopolies reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion including without limitation Rewards awarded in error or Rewards earned fraudulently.<\/p>\n

      Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like tender, including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques and credit notes. Rewards cannot be earned using other Rewards as part of the transaction.<\/p>\n

      If a Membership is terminated from the Gamers\u2019 Guild Loyalty Program, all outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.<\/p>\n

      When a Member returns a purchase in-store, online, or via post, the net amount of the transaction will be deducted from the Member’s Spend Balance and Tier Spend Balance and the Reward that was previously awarded will be adjusted or reversed.<\/p>\n\n

      REDEEMING REWARDS:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/div>\n

      IN-STORE:<\/i> Rewards can be redeemed in-person only at physical Monopolies Store \u2013 check out our locations in Blacktown. The Member will identify themselves to staff at POS at the time of purchase in order to have their purchase attributed to their account.<\/p>\n

      ONLINE:<\/i>\u00a0To redeem any applicable Reward when transacting online on the Website, a Member must ensure they are logged into a valid account.<\/p>\n

      Monopoly , including its online store, is based in Australia and consequently, will redeem Rewards in AUD.<\/p>\n

      When redeeming any applicable Reward, the Reward will be applied to the total order value, therefore proportionally across each item purchased.<\/p>\n

      In certain instances, there may be conditions applicable to redemption of Rewards as notified or as set out in promotional terms and conditions at the time of issue.<\/p>\n

      Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, including additional\/other rewards, discount codes or gift cards.<\/p>\n

      Rewards issued do not have an expiry date unless otherwise specified at the time of issue. Monopolies reserves the right to change the expiry date of any Reward at any time without notice.<\/p>\n

      Only Rewards from one Monopolies member account can be redeemed per transaction.<\/p>\n

      Monopoly will not be held responsible or liable if Rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a Technical Issue including without limitation the failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction.<\/p>\n

      Rewards can only be redeemed once, unless otherwise specified at the time of issue.<\/p>\n

      Monopoly reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Rewards.<\/p>\n

      If a customer wishes to return a purchase for reasons other than that the goods are faulty or not as described:<\/p>\n\n

      • any Reward redeemed or utilised during the purchase will be forfeited; and<\/li>\n \t
